The THERMA V R290 Monobloc is a sustainable heating solution that works with the environmentally friendly refrigerant propane. Propane is a natural refrigerant that is not subject to the F-Gas Regulation or the PFAS ban and is therefore future-proof. Thanks to the new compressor, the R290 Monobloc achieves an outstanding energy efficiency class of A+++ (55 °C and 35 °C) and achieves a high flow temperature of 75 °C. This makes these models ideal for renovations and new buildings. The extremely low noise level also allows installation just 3 m away from neighboring buildings (model with 12 kW, sound pressure level 31 dB(A) at night).

Because all hydronic components are integrated in the outdoor unit, installation and maintenance are easy. The THERMA V R290 only needs one fan, so the height could be reduced to around 1 m and does not obstruct the view. The three different indoor units offer the possibility of tailor-made, variable solutions.

The leak of refrigerant contributes to climate change. Refrigerants with a lower global warming potential (GWP) contribute less to global warming in the event of a leak than those with a higher global warming potential (GWP). A leak of 1 kg of this refrigerant would therefore have a greater impact on global warming than 1 kg of CO2 over a hundred years, in line with the GWP value of the refrigerant. Do not carry out any work on the refrigeration circuit or dismantle the device - always call in qualified personnel.

Kältemittel mit geringerem Treibhauspotential (GWP) tragen im Fall eines Austretens weniger zur Erderwärmung bei als solche mit höherem Treibhauspotential (GWP). Ein Austreten von 1 kg dieses Kältemittels hätte somit eine dem GWP-Wert des Kältemittels entsprechend größere Auswirkungen auf die Erderwärmung als 1 kg CO2, bezogen auf hundert Jahre.
