The Mars Large series, with R290 refrigerant and All DC Inverter technology, offers a reliable year-round solution: it can heat, cool, and provide hot water up to 85°C. The system can also be used as a hybrid to work with various heat sources.

With a power output of 60 or 70 kW, the Mars series heat pumps are very powerful. Up to six units can be cascaded to meet the demand in larger buildings.

The included control unit with color display has received the Red Dot Award for its appealing design. Its operation is simple and intuitive, allowing you to easily use all functions. You can also connect the unit to the Midea SmartHome app and control it from anywhere.

In commercial buildings, different temperatures are often required in various areas – for example, in shopping malls, offices, or for hot water needs. The Mars series is equipped with dual-zone control, allowing you to set two independent water outlet temperatures. This ensures greater comfort and flexibility.

This means the series covers most European heating scenarios and is therefore very versatile.

The heat pump is Smart Grid Ready.

This means it can be integrated into smart grids. When there is excess energy in the grid, the pump can automatically work more to store water, thus contributing to the stability of the power grid.

Disinfection function:

Legionella bacteria are killed with 70°C hot water to ensure water quality.

Automatic temperature setting with climate curves

This function ensures that the water temperature is automatically adjusted to the outside temperature. 32 standard climate curves, pre-configured by an experienced engineer, guarantee optimal control. In addition, individual, customer-specific curves can be created to meet specific requirements.

Vacation modes

While you're away on vacation, the heat pump continues to run in heating mode with a low water temperature to protect the water system from freezing and prevent mold growth. If you're at home on vacation, you can use the "Holiday Away" function to adjust the schedule for that period – without changing the regular daily or weekly settings.

Energy recording

The integrated energy measurement function can calculate the proportion of renewable energy used by the system. You can obtain individual energy analyses via a user interface, an app, or a web portal. The core algorithm calculates the compressor's power consumption.

Easy to use

The control unit is permanently installed and features a robust glass panel with a metal frame and a 3.5-inch color display. It offers a clear and intuitive user interface, even in standby mode.

Communication and control

The control unit can be connected to the Homebus via a 2-wire, non-polarized cable. It also supports the Modbus protocol, has an OTA function for remote updates, and is equipped with Wi-Fi. With the convenient Smart Home app, you can monitor and control the heat pump anytime, from anywhere.

Refrigerant leaks contribute to climate change.
